Cancellation policy:
- In case of cancellation up to 21 days before arrival: deposit will be turned into a voucher for a booking within the current year or the following year at the latest
- From 20 days before arrival to no show: deposit forfeited
- For the ‘NON REFUNDABLE’ rate in the event of cancellation, change or no-show the entire amount of the stay is charged
Arrival, no show:
Arrival must take place on the appointed day after 4 p.m. On arrival, the identity documents of all persons occupying the room must be shown for registration.
In the event of late arrival, the Client must notify the Hotel in good time; otherwise, the room shall be kept available until 10.00 a.m. the following day, after which the Hotel shall be free to rent it out to third parties.
Early departure:
The hotelier, in the event that the customer already accommodated cancels the agreed stay in advance - except in the case of documented force majeure - may demand from the customer the payment of the room for the entire period indicated in the booking (except in cases of fault attributable to the hotelier or his agents) net of any unused meals.
Price Calculation:
Rooms Primula, Ginestra, Suite Fiordaliso and Bungalow Pino Nero: minimum 2 persons paying full rate;
Orchid Suite and Holm Oak Bungalow: minimum 3 people paying full rate.
Reductions: 100% for children from 0 to 4.99 years old | 40% for children from 5 to 13.99 years old | 20% for the third person from 14 years old onwards.
Services included:
- VAT
- Beach service (one parasol and two sunbeds per room or bungalow - service guaranteed from the end of April to the end of September)
- Use of the swimming pool park, open-air gym, outdoor playground and indoor games room
- Primula, Ginestra, Suite Fiordaliso, Suite Orchidea: the price includes daily cleaning (excluding kitchenette and dishes) with change of beach towels, bed linen and towels.
- Bungalow Pino Nero, Bungalow Leccio: every other day cleaning (excluding kitchenette and dishes) with change of beach towels and bathroom linen; change of bed linen every 7 nights.
- Entertainment service for children (approx. from mid-May to mid-September)
- Air conditioning/heating
- Parking space in the garage or in the outdoor area inside the Resort
- Wi-Fi
- Coin-operated laundry
- Entrance to Biodiversity Park
- Europa Card: discount card for Bibione Thermae, restaurants, shops and various activities
Extras:
- Drinks: drinks and beverages are not included, both in the restaurant and in the lounge bar
- Tourist tax: the price does not include tourist tax of approx. € 1.95, payable per person per overnight stay from the age of 4 up to a maximum of 10 consecutive nights
- Animals: animals are allowed on request only in the bungalows. In addition to a daily surcharge (more details on the ‘Furry friends’ page) a deposit of € 100.00 is required, payable in cash at reception, which will be returned if there is no damage to the accommodation.
- Restaurant service: Buffet Free Service or table service at management's discretion.
- Extra ‘Free Service’ breakfast: € 20.00

In the event of force majeure or in special circumstances, the Management of the Europa Tourist Group hotels and aparthotels reserves the right to move the booking, even partially, to one of our similar facilities at the same price conditions and with the same services.
